This bending center can be intelligent and flexible to bend sheet metal panel's edges as per complecated combinations of various angles of edges , continuously bending up and down without replacing bending tools .
The whole machine includes four main parts:
(1). Bottom fabricated and welded heavy structure,which is integrally fabricated and holistically welded with super high-strength steel, ,which make the machine have a huge tonnage weight and stable gravity center.These features can ensure our machine have a long-term stability of bending accuracy, better reliability and good durability . the whole structure bodys also are treated by heat treatment such as stewing technology, tempering treatments,which make the struture have a strong rigidity and remove internal stress , stress relief ,specially prolong and extend the service life of machine and improve its positioning precision
(2). Upper fabricated and welded heavy sturcture, with pressing blades and hinge blades,which is fabricated ,welded and treated as same as bottom structure.
(3). The mobile fabricated and welded heavy bracket for bending blades of upward and downward ,which is fabricated ,welded and treated as same as bottom structure.
(4). Feeding system:Working table with C-type mobile strong clamping arms to control and operate the sheet metal panel flexibly, or you can choose the mobile suction-cups plate to control and operate the sheet metal panel flexibly.
(5). Worktable also has enough hard brushes and rolling stainless steel beads to protect sheet matel panel when processing .
